Level Up Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. OFFER ELIGIBILITY:

a. The Canon Level Up Offer (the “Offer”) is open to residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority at the time of participation.

b. Eligibility to participate in the Offer is subject to verification at any time for any reason. Canon Canada Inc. (“Canon”) reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to Canon – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility of any individual to participate in this Offer; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Offer; and/or (iii) for any other reason Canon deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Offer in accordance with the letter and spirit of these Official Offer Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of Canon within the time frame specified by Canon may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of Canon.  The sole determinant of time for the purposes of this Offer will be Canon’s Official Clock(s).

2. AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY TERMS:

a. By participating in this Offer, you are signifying your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

3. OFFER PERIOD:

a. The Offer begins on begins on November 14, 2025 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on January 8, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Offer Period”).

b. Canon reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Offer mechanics stipulated in these Terms, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying any participant, Qualifying Purchase (as defined herein), Qualifying Product (as defined herein), Claim (as defined herein) and/or other information with these Terms, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of Canon, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Offer as contemplated in these Terms, or for any other reason.

4. QUALIFYING PRODUCT AND PURCHASE:

a. For the purposes of this Offer, an eligible participant must purchase a Canon camera or kit as further described in Schedule A (each, a “Qualifying Product”) from an authorized Canon retailer or reseller in Canada as further described in Schedule B (a “Participating Retailer”) (each, a “Qualifying Purchase”).

b. All Qualifying Products must be new and genuine Canon products. Purchases of second hand, refurbished or reconditioned products, or products which are counterfeit or infringe the intellectual property rights of the Canon group of companies in any way (for example, including but not limited to parallel or “grey” products) will not qualify under this Offer.

5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

a. After making a Qualifying Purchase, an eligible participant must submit a valid claim form online at canoncreatorlab.ca/offers including specifying a valid product serial number that is a readable scan or a clear photograph (in colour) of the serial number of the Qualifying Product(s) (the “Claim”) prior to 23:59 ET, February 8, 2026 (the “Claim Deadline”). Eligible Participants will need to scan, upload and attach to the online claim form a copy of their receipt (or order confirmation for internet purchases). Eligible Participants will then receive an email confirming that their Claim has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of processing your Claim or do not have access to a computer, please contact our Claim Hotline on 1-800-OK-CANON.

b. If an eligible participant has submitted a Claim in accordance with these Terms prior to the Claim Deadline, then he/she will be eligible to receive: (a) one (1) Bonus IGNITE 1-year Membership Redemption Code, and/or one (1) $99.99 CAD Frame Lab coupon, as further set out in Schedule A (a “Reward”), subject to compliance with these Terms. The Reward will be delivered via email to the eligible participant at the email address used at the time of registration. Please allow twenty-eight (28) days for delivery. Rewards must be redeemed no later than 23:59 ET, March 31.

c. Eligible participants will receive a unique Bonus IGNITE Membership Redemption Code that can be entered at https://www.canoncreatorlab.ca/offers/bonus-ignite-frame-lab/bonus-ignite-frame-lab-make-a-claim. The Frame Lab coupon may be applied during the Canon SHOP checkout process.

d. There is a limit of one (1) Reward per person, per Qualifying Product.

e. Rewards must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by Canon in its sole and absolute discretion). No substitutions except at Canon’s option. Canon reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute any Reward with a reward of equal or greater retail value, including, without limitation, but at Canon’s sole and absolute discretion, a cash award.

f. If it is discovered by Canon (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by Canon) that any eligible participant (or any individual purporting to be an eligible participant) has attempted to: (i) earn more than one (1) Reward in relation to the same Qualifying Product; and/or (ii) use any automated, macro, script, robotic or any other system(s), Offer(s) and/or means to participate in or disrupt this Offer; then it may, in the sole and absolute discretion of Canon, result in disqualification from the Offer.

g. Canon, its associated companies, affiliates, suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies, and any other entity or entities involved in the development, production, administration or fulfillment of the Offer, and each of their respective agents, employees, directors, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete or incompatible Qualifying Product Registrations and/or Opt-Ins – all of which are void.

h. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

a. By participating in this Offer, each eligible participant hereby: (i) confirms compliance with these Terms; (ii) releases the Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this Offer and his/her participation therein – including, but not limited to, the awarding and use/misuse of the Reward or any portion thereof; and (iii) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, statements about the Offer and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of Canon in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet.

7. DATA

a. By participating in this promotion, each Participant expressly consents to Canon, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing, and using any personal and other information submitted only for the purpose of administering the promotion and in accordance with Canon’s privacy policy (available at the link below). This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide Canon or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information. Canon is the Data Controller in respect of any personal data supplied by Participants. Any personal data submitted to Canon will be processed by (a) Canon and its third-party supplier Benamic Ltd, IDA Business and Technology Park, Ring Road, Kilkenny, Ireland, for the purpose of administering this promotion, and, if applicable (b) by Canon and its associated companies for marketing purposes in cases where Participants have opted-in to receive marketing communication from Canon. b. If Participants do not wish for their contact information to be used for marketing purposes or to enable Canon to contact them in the future regarding similar promotions, they should NOT check the relevant “opt-in” box when completing the claim form.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

a. All submitted materials become the property of Canon. This Offer is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The decisions of Canon with respect to all aspects of this Offer are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal. ANYONE DETERMINED TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THE LETTER AND/OR SPIRIT OF THESE TERMS FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF CANON AT ANY TIME.

b. The Released Parties will not be liable for: (i) any failure of the Canon Website or any other site during the Offer; (ii) any malfunctions or other problems of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, those relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (iii) the failure of any Qualifying Product submission and/or other information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (iv) any injury or damage to an eligible participant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Offer; and/or (v) any combination of the above.

c. Canon reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend or suspend this Offer (or to amend these Terms) in any way, in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of Canon that interferes with the proper conduct of this Offer as contemplated by these Terms, including, without limitation, any error, problem, computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or failure. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Offer in any way (as determined by Canon in its sole and absolute discretion) may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Canon reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Canon reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, amend or suspend this Offer, or to amend these Terms, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever.  

d. By participating in this Offer, each eligible participant expressly consents to Canon, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using any personal and other information submitted only for the purpose of administering the Offer and in accordance with Canon’s privacy policy (available at: https://www.canon.ca/en/privacy. This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide Canon or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information.

e. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these English Terms and disclosures or other statements contained in any Offer-related materials, including, but not limited to: the Canon Website, French version of these Terms, point of sale, television, print or online advertising, any instructions or interpretations of these Terms given by an employee or other representative of Canon; the terms and conditions of these English Terms shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.

f. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms or the rights and obligations of participants, Canon or any of the other the Released Parties in connection with the Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. The parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these Terms or relating to this Offer.

g. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
